Be Still

“Observe your thoughts, but do not become them. You are the watcher, not the thinker.” – Mooji

Dear Lord,

Let me feel the quiet pulse of my soul—
that sacred space untouched by thought—
so I may know what You truly created me to be.

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
— Psalm 46:10

Grant me the faith to see beyond illusion,
to discern between what flickers in my mind
and what stands eternal in Your light.
Teach me to rest in awareness,
not in the storms my thoughts can build.

“We take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
— 2 Corinthians 10:5

Forgive me, God,
for trying to carry the weight that belongs only to You.
Free me from the noise that binds,
and fill me with the peace that reminds—
my mind is a servant, not my master.

“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
— Romans 12:2

Let my eyes open to Your world
as You intended—
through grace, through stillness,
as the watcher, not the captive.

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
— Isaiah 26:3

Amen.
