I dreamed last night, and I saw You, God.
I rose from sleep, and still—I saw You, God.
With every breath I draw, each one given without effort or thought,
I feel You moving through me.
My consciousness… this quiet, steady presence…
reminds me that You are here.
You have always been here.
I am a witness to everything—
to what my eyes can see
and to what my mind cannot begin to fathom.
In this low vibration of human existence,
I cannot grasp Your unshakable greatness,
yet my soul knows You completely.
And now I understand:
I didn’t find You, God.
You presented me with the knowing
of what You have always held for me.
Your presence was never hidden—
my awareness simply needed to awaken.
Beyond time, beyond form, beyond understanding—
Your love transcends everything.
It fills the spaces where words fail.
It lives in the stillness beneath every breath.
It is the light behind my awareness,
the presence behind my presence.
In all of this, I realize it now:
You were with me before I ever called Your name.
Psalm 139:7–10 (NIV)
“Where can I go from Your Spirit?
Where can I flee from Your presence?
If I go up to the heavens, You are there;
if I make my bed in the depths, You are there.
If I rise on the wings of the dawn,
if I settle on the far side of the sea,
even there Your hand will guide me,
Your right hand will hold me fast.”
