God, keep me centered in You. Quiet the noise around me—especially the noise within me. Calm my thoughts and the emotions that follow them.
Teach me to be still. Remind me that I am not confined to the movement of my mind or the sensations of my body—they are part of the experience, not the truth of who I am.
Lord, when I get lost in the story, playing a role in my own drama, pull me back. Help me step behind it… to observe, not react. To remember.
You are within me, and I am within You. You know where I’ve been, and You already stand in what lies ahead.
