Tell Me You’re There

Heavenly Father,
show me the subtle beauty hidden beneath the noise of this world. Open my eyes to the quiet miracles constantly surrounding me — the breath in my lungs, the movement of the trees, the warmth of light, the mystery of existence itself. I know my soul recognizes You even when my mind becomes distracted.

The world calls endlessly for my attention, pulling me toward temporary things, yet beneath all of it You remain — steady, infinite, alive within all creation.

Your presence rests below the waves of thought, deep within the ocean of the soul You breathed into being. Somewhere beyond words and understanding, my spirit already knows You.

Teach me to pause between inhale and exhale, where silence becomes sacred and wonder returns again. In that stillness, let me hear the song of creation and feel the nearness of something eternal.

Lord, my mind cannot comprehend the greatness of what You are. Galaxies move under Your command, oceans rise and fall within Your design, and yet somehow You are also present within the smallest details of life. The miracle of existence itself points back to You.

To You, time is nothing. Beginning and end disappear in Your presence. What I call life is but a moment within the endless beauty of Your creation.

Let me walk through this world awake to its wonder.

Let me see You in the laughter of people, in the wind moving through trees, in the stars above, and in the quiet moments where nothing needs to be explained.

Remind me that life is not merely something to survive, but something holy to witness.

And when my mind becomes clouded by distraction, gently return me to the awe of simply being here — alive within Your magnificent creation.

Amen.
